Blocks."BlockName" has regions on 0 pages

Hello,

FlexiLayout Studio Question. 

My Matching Log says Blocks."BlockName" has regions on 0 pages

What does it mean? The tree of Hypotheses shows the block at correct place. The green circles are not full green, they have a green border and white content.
