we have got a problem with the recognition of Datamatrix codes. We want to use it, to identify our different document definitions but ABBYY Flexicapture fails to read the datamatrix in approximately 50% of the cases.
The huge surprise is: The quality of the documents where the datamatrix is located is OK. To check if the code is readable i downloaded a simple Code-Reader app via smartphone. The app reads every code without any problems right from the desktop. I also activated the 2D-Barcode extraction for datamatrix in the recognition tab of the project without sucess.
Any ideas? I am grateful for any advice!
