I am getting below 400 BAD request when I am trying to Open a Session in SOAPUI. The same is working good in a client application. Could you please tell me whether I am missing anything. Attaching screenshot, Could anyone please help me.

Hello,
This issue needs deeper investigation than forum format allows. Please address the issue to the regional support, send them the project, samples and scenario descriptions.
