I have a project with two document definitions : one fixed and one semi-structured.
When I upload two documents in the same batch, one fixed and one semi-structured, the two get matched with the fixed definition...
I tried the definitions separately and there are correct (document match with his correct definition).
In the fixed definition, I added "anchor text" and some separator where added automatically.
The two definitions have to be in the same bach type.
The option "use first acceptable flexilayout" is unmatched. So I don't know what could be the issue.

You need to direct the match via script in a custom stage or through an additional flexilayout that you add to your document definitions. The flexilayout should use either header/footers or some required text element (or elements) that uniquely relate to one format or the other.
