Good day, I wanted to know if there is a way to send unrecognized documents back to Scanning Station? For example, operator on Scanning Station sends a batch, however; some pages are of bad quality/damaged/ poorly scanned. I would like FlexiCapture to send those documents back after recognition stage. So that the operator would scan those documents again.
Добрый день, я хотел бы узнать есть ли способ отправить неопознанные документы назад на Станцию Сканирования? Допустим оператор отправил пакет с документами, но некоторые документы плохого качества/повреждены. Я хотел бы чтобы такие документ сразу же после этапа распознавания отправлялись назад на станцию сканирования, чтобы оператор исправил пакет документов.

This is called Rescanning. Please activate this stage and use it to rescan documents.
