Can anyone give me a tip about a situation?
The situation is as follows, I have a document with your fund having marks. (as you see in the attach)
When the FlexiCapture recognize a document, the tool automatic convert to black-and-white or gray scale and if I have a document with your background has marks, this conversion makes the information unreadable. How can I configure FlexiLayout to read the fields with a document having your background with marks? Can I keep the color in the recognize process?
Anyone have any idea how can I improve this?
