I am new to ABBYY and your help is appreciated. I wanted to scheduled import invoices into working batch from a hot folder, every hour. So it will be 24 batches created in project automatically. How to setup the batchname as current Timestamp with specific format while these 24 batches are automatically being created.

You would have to import the documents at the end of the hour for them all to be in the same batch. Unfortunately you cannot add to a batch that has been previously created.
That being said you can setup your import to import all files available on an hourly schedule.
You could then add an automated/script stage in your workflow to rename the batch with the correct time stamp.
