Can I make a backup copy of the database?

Hello, can anyone tell me if I can make a backup copy of the database and file storage without stopping the system?

No way, you will need to stop the system first.

Hi,

Can we delete file storage folder from system as it is occupying much space on drive? What will be affected if we delete this folder?

You'll probably cause complete chaos if you delete that folder.

Instead, I'd suggest going to project properties and selecting "Delete pages after x days" and making sure logs are automatically deleted in Administration and Monitoring Console > Settings > Cleanup
