How to avoid Annex misidentification

I've a project with several Documents Definitions. One of them allows 1 Annex page. When importing two files one containing a valid document of that type and then another that should not be identified, FC takes it as an annex page.
Changing project properties to create new document for each image file, does not solve the misidentification.
Annex pages should be valid only if the are in the same file that the document matching the definition.
Any idea how to solve this issue?

    Did I understand right that in your case you got two documents finaly: one of them is identified properly and also has 1 Annex page, and another one is Unknown, but if you expand it in document list you see that all its pages are also defined as Annexes?
