The error you are getting is a rare one. Its caused by incorrect calculation of coordinates (when matrix printer is selected as text type). When matrix text type is not selected then the image is pre-recognized correctly. These bad images can be rescanned or added in a batch with different deskewing paramenters.
So you can either turn off the matrix text type or upgrade to a later version of FlexiCapture 9, 10 or 11. You will probably need to contact your local ABBYY support for that. From what I understand, they really don't do patches and have full release for upgrade.
