If a user postpones a task in the verification station, only that user can open it in. other verification users are not able to open it.
Is there a setting to change so that every verification user has access to every postponed tasks?

There is no functionality to take postponed tasks, but under Senior Verification Operator you can try to send batch to the same stage, then all documents into the batch should be unlocked.
As far as I know, your issue should be implemented in following releases FC11.
Can you please elaborate? What do you mean by sending to the same stage?

For example, if Verification Operator postponed the batch on “Document Assembly Check” stage, in the view “Batches” Senior Verification Operator should send a locked batch to “Document Assembly Check” stage.
