Project Batch Types don't show in Monitoring Station

I have a project containing one batch type. I could grant permissions to user in order to work with that batch type. But when Batch type query from the Monitoring station none of these batch appear.
Its not possible to choose this batch type to configure a filter. Seems that the Monitoring Stations does not realize that such batch types exists.
Any idea why this is happening.

    Hello atorino,

    What does it mean "when Batch type query from the Monitoring station?
    Were you trying to generate some report and in this report choose batch type?

    If so probably there are no processed batches, because data for batches of the current type are updated after the batch is sent to the Processed stage.

    There were processed batches. We just could not see them using the monitoring station. We were able to solve this using Microsoft IE after we installed Silverlight. It used to prompt that you need to install Silverlight , but now it doesn't anymore. After that we batches begun to appear.
