Hello Tim, thanks for your help. The number of files in each subfolder is unknown and possibly different in each one. So specifying a fix number in the profile will not work. Any other ideas?

Hello,
Number of files in subfolder is irrelevant, you can't specify the number of files to load from subfolder, only the naming schema of subfolders. All files in subfolders will be added to a new batch.
Hello Tim, ALL of the files in the subfolders are added to ONE new batch. I need one new batch per subfolder. Seems that is not possibe to configure such behaviour in Import Profiles. Am i right?

Hello
Thats strange,
From what i see, batches are created according to subfolders.
Check if your settings match settings in attached screenshot.
If this doesn't help:
-Could you please provide the exact version of FlexiCaptureroject Setup Station-About
-And an archive with a sample project to review your settings?
Hello Tim, Thanks again for your help. I've solved the problem. I had a folder structure like this:\County\City\Customer, setting the source in the import profile to \Country creates only one batch with all images (one batch per city, but as i had only one city but many customers i haven't realized that) in City\Customer subfolders. The solution was to set the source path to \Country\City , that way the import profiles creates one batch per Customer folder. This can be an issue, because one profile per city needs to be created. By the way, do you know how to delete an import profile? - Haven't found a delete option for profiles. Regards,
