If I understood right you would like to have an opportunity to get the number of remaining license units programmatically. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Unfortunately I could not find anything regarding this option in RS documentation. As far as I know, there is a way of achieving this with an additional library, but this solution can be provided only via the support channel.
