Project Setup Station suuuuuper slow

Hello!

We had been working fine with the Project Setup Station but since 2 days ago, it began to work toooooo slow. If I try to upload an image for a Test Batch it takes up to 5 minutes when it used to take no more than 5 secs.

What could be happening?

    Just as an update, we rebooted our Protection Server and that seemed to fix the issue. This is the 2nd time that something like this happens in a period of couple of months.

    Probably not your only problem and perhaps a little obvious, but I noticed that document quality has a big impact on speed. I was doing work for a particular client who liked to send me full color scans in 200dpi. So big files with fairly low resolution. Loading/recognizing was much slower for these documents. Also match quality seems to affect the speed at which it recognizes the document. Poor match quality takes longer for the software to decide it has a proper match. Just a couple of observations which may or may not help your situation.

    Thanks for the advice, we will consider that for the future. But I am afraid this is not the case since we were testing with the same images and it suddenly began to act slow.

    Hello,

    You can try turning off auto recognition option to speed up image import.
    Tools-options-Document processing
