I am using FlexiLayout 9.0 and FlexiCapture 9.0 and I have strange problem with one layout alternative:
FlexiLayout reads the document well. All the data that I have defined are passed from Layout Alternative to Blocks.
Unfortunately when I try to test this Layout in FlexiCapture the program reads different values.
I am currently using about 30 layout alternatives and everything works fine in all of them except this one. I have tried every possible setting change and I get the same result. I am sure that I have current (up to date) version of FlexiLayout Alternative imported in FlexiCapture.
To make my case more clear I will post screenshots from both programs.
Values are in polish, but I hope it’s no difference for you
As you can see on the screenshot I have the same document, but different values for each field. I’ve marked just one example “A_NUMER_KONTA” to make it easier for you to understand my problem.
I had to blur out the documents, but I hope that you get the idea.

Usually this happens due to diffrent preprocssing settings in your flexicapture project and flexilayout studio.
Try adding images with same preprocessing settings, you should get same results in this case.

I thought that this might be the problem and I double checked it. I am certain that I have the same preprocessing settings:
FlexiLayout: Typographic, Matrix printer, Typewriter all checked and Mode Full
FlexiCapture: OCR and selected first entry on the list (typographic etc...) (unfortunatelly I have FlexiLayout in English and FlexiCapture in Polish)
I've even tried different combinations just to test it and I got the same result.
One more thing: I have different alternatives in this FlexiLayout Project and those alternatives work fine.
Those are prerecognition properties.
There is another set of properties that can be configured in FlexiLayout when you import images called Image preprocessing settings.
In order to get same results these setting must be the same in flexilayout and flexicapture.
