Hello!
After some period of inactivity, sessions seem to be deleted, so we get issues in Web Scanning Station and Verification Station (see attachment).
Based on the following link http://knowledgebase.abbyy.com/article/1738 ABBYY recommends to set the timeout to a bigger value. However we don't see the InactiveSessionTimeoutMinutes variable in our IIS. We set it manually but it seems to have no effect.
What could be wrong? Any ideas?

Have you reset your IIS after applying changes?Try restarting flexicapture services also.
If adding this variable doesnt change anything then try contacting abbyy support to investigate this issue.

Do you know if the InactiveSessionTimeoutMinutes variable affects only to Web Scanning Station or also to Verification Station? We are observing that the timeout is pretty much accurate with the Web Scanning Station but the Verification Station timeout is not.
