User roles-The current role does not allow editing documents that are being processed

Hi,

I have enabled all permissions for my account in the admin and monitoring console.
In the project setup station when I right click a batch and select 'Recognize', or 'Update to latest version', etc, I get a message "The current role does not allow editing documents that are being processed", but I'm able to do these actions in the verification station. Where to edit these roles so that I can modify batches directly from project setup station?

    You cannot modify documents that are on some stage at project setup station

    Hi Tim,
    I am sure that this is possible because, I have two different projects and one project allows me to make changes at any stage from project setup station, while the other doesn't. I would like to know which setting defines that role permission.

    Hello,

    You can only modify documents that are on stage "processed". It is possible to setup a workflow in such a way when part of the documents in a batch go to processed stage and remaining documents go to for example verification. In this case you can modify processed documents from project setup station. But you cant send them to some other stage and it is pointless to modify them since they are already processed. Maybe one of your projects' workflow is set up in such a way.Documents on other stages cannot be modified from project setup station.

    Project setup station is not intended to make changes to documents that are being processed.You should use verification station for this purpose.
