I am trying to get to grips with Abby for Invoicing in Flexicapture 11 (Standalone).
I intended to use the Create New Project option and Select Invoices (Europe), this allowed me to create the Project but unfortunately my licence (trial) does not permit me to use the Document Definition, I just cannot activate it to Edit or Publish. I am seeking the correct licenses through our partner.
I have come across the Invocies_Eng (C:\Users\Public\ABBYY\FlexiCapture\11.0\Samples\FlexiCapture\English\Invoices_eng) project and loaded demo documents into this and had very good success however I cannot activate training mode on this in anyway, dropping down in the Menu and selecting Project --> Training --> All Options are greyed out.
Training mode is a huge feature I need. I did read online about activating training during processing but I cannot locate these settings.
Can anyone suggest how I can activate this mode in the project?

Invoices_eng is not an invoice type project. It's just a flexicapture project , using a fls template to handle invoices. If you want i can perform a demo via skype on how training mode works in an invoice project.

Thanks for the reply! I actually managed to get my licence issue resolved late yesterday afternoon so I now have access to use the Invoices Project, with the European Document Definition.
I'm still struggling with Training Mode on this, I think as I need to add certain database entries first for rules but I will drop you a PM across any help would be great.

Invoice type projects have a feature you have to turn on in order to allow molding of documents. Foto your documento peoperties and select invoice tab. There you'll find a button that allows you to set certain aspectos of thei nvoice processprocessing workflow. One of those feature is to allow molding during verification. Turn it on and the learning button will be available while in verificación. Every time you select a documento forman.molding a new batch with the name.of the supplier will be created. After several samples of those documents (normally) 3, you will be able to generate automatically a flexilauout alternativa for that supplier that can be integrantes in your projects.
