FlexiCapture fails to match a flexilayout template

While creating flexilayout, the block region captures all the fields perfectly. But while opening that in flexicapture, its not reading properly, some fields were mismatched and captured the junk one or its not capturing any. But in Flexicpture it works fine. Even I tried the below mentioned KB link : http://knowledgebase.abbyy.com/article/1500. Please help.

Hello Anbu0707,

Please provide the following details:
1. Both projects - FlexiLayout Studio and FlexiCapture.
Please leave only a couple of documents in project batch, put each project folder with all subfoldes into an archive and upload here.
2. Please share original image files for documents that demonstrate the issue.
3. Please specify your FlexiCapture build number (see Help > About...)
