Looking for options for capturing checkmark groups

I am relatively new to FlexiCapture and looking for some advice.

Given a 40 page exam booklet containing 760 questions, I need to capture the responses to those questions,
provide data validation and export the question numbers and responses to a CSV file.

The responses ( P, F, NA and T) are made via check marks as seen in the attached sample page.

Rather than create 760 individual checkmark groups, is there a more efficient way to do this?
Can this be done via tables or repeating groups? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am working with a similar document structure. We have had success with allowing the document definition to find the check mark boxes automatically. When you add a new Document Definition, the wizard will ask you what you want to try and auto-identify (Text - Checkmarks). Select just Checkmarks. If the image is clean enough (300 DPI, good quality scan) then the engine will attempt to find all the check marks automatically. All you need to do then is create your groups and set your properties for each group. It doesn't take too long to set up.

We only used FlexiCapture (Project Setup) to create the document definitions; FlexiLayout Studio took too long to configure.

Thank you for your response. I have tried it on a limited basis and it is working. My only concern is long term accuracy. This approach seems to define checkmark locations "absolutely" as opposed to defining them relative to some fixed region.

    Will continue testing, thanks again.
