Event log Table Answered

Hi every body

Refer to EventLog table of ABBYY. I see size of database is large.

Can I backup and delete all record in this table?

If can not, Can you tell me how to remove old log?

Thank you

James

    HI James,

Within the Administration and Monitoring Console you can go to the Services>Cleanup menu item to setup automatic cleanup for the event logs.

    Thanks,

    Collins

    Hi James,

I have deleted the records form the table directly by running a sql query. It did not affect wrongly on abbyy operations.
You can have a reference in my following post.

    We are facing same issue

How to delete the records from EventLog TABLE.

Is there any impact if deleted all records from the table.

    Hello,

It will be safer to delete the event log via the Administration and Monitoring Console > Services > Cleanup and manually delete logs from a particular period.
