Document Definition Properties - Assembly

Hi,

In the Document Definition Properties - Assembly, I have set the following:

Document Section A, Min = 1, Max = 1
Document Section B, Min = 1, Max = 1

I notice that the above conditions are only checked when there are more than 1 document in a batch. If the batch has only 1 document, the above conditions will not be checked.

In my situation, I can upload 1 PDF file (with multiple document sections inside), OR multiple PDFs (1 PDF, 1 document section). How can I force the above conditions to be checked when I only upload 1 PDF file (with multiple document sections inside)?
