To seek FYP assistance

Hi,

I'm working on my FYP which deals with ALPR of files from HDFS. Since there's no way to integrate Hadoop with MATLAB or Python, I cannot use either of them. So, I've to use "R" language for the purpose. I'm unable to find a package good enough at CRAN for ALPR with R. Can you help me?

    Hello,

    As we can see, your question is out of scope of the forum because here we are dealing with such ABBYY Data Capture products as FlexiCapture and Recognition Server.
