I have a staff getting a FlexiCapture 10 Verification Station (ver 10.0.6.1651) with the error: Internal program error: .\DocumentEditor\FormEditor\Control.cpp,292

The PC is Windows 10.

  • Is ver 10.0.6.1651 the latest version? If not, how do I get a patch? ABBYY update is not available from the HELP pull down
  • Any ideas on how to fix?

    Hello,

    The build 10.0.6.1651 is the latest.

    Could you please describe your scenario? On what stage and how often the error appears?
