Dear all,
I'm having an issue with Flexicapture 10 at production server. Here are the issues:
1) Project file closed automatically. What can cause this?
2) The project file is running but auto-import(hot folder) stops working and not importing files. Files are sitting in the hot folder. We need to close the project file and run again. How can we resolve this?

To find the source of the problem and resolve it please contact your regional support. To speed up the assistance process, you can collect the following documents:
1. Application and System logs from the server and from the machine where you got this error:
System logs
- go to Control Panel -> Administrative tools -> Event Viewer
- select “System” branch
- go to menu Action and select Save as...
- save the .evt file and send to us
Application logs
- go to Control Panel -> Administrative tools ->Event Viewer
- select “Application” branch
- go to menu Action and select Save as...
- save the .evt file and send to us

Sorry for any confusion. I explain it here:
I have two templates ruuning at the production server. Somehow both templates have same Image import name for auto import. for example, template A has import profile name as 'Image_Scan' and template B also has import profile name as 'Image_Scan'.
One of my template having issue. The autochecking button is unchecked automatically. So it does not pick and process the files from hotfolder.
Please advice me if this issue can happen due to same Import profile names.

Please rename one of the two Import Profiles by Project -> Image Import Profile -> “Edit” button so that they have different names. Let us know if the error persists.
