Repeating table instances within and across pages

Hello everyone,

I'm a newbie of ABBYY.  As captioned, I need to extract table instances that spread from top to bottom; left to right and page to page as shown in the attached sample page blue instances in English and Chinese.  There are no column headers and there may be empty cell or row within.  My goal is to export the tables as csv files in correct data formats.  I'm wondering if it is possible to define a repeating group in FlexiLayout that extract all the instances in the correct sequence because tables jump will from the left to right first, but not top to bottom (according to this discussion http://www.capturedocs.com/thread/1219-multi-columns-documents/).  I have tried to follow the ExportMrge example in https://knowledgebase.abbyy.com/article/1266.  But there is no FlexiLayout file or technical description that I can follow.  Are there any tips or tricks, further examples, tutorials or sample code on this kind of documents?

Thanks a lot!

I can't see your images.  I get an error when I click on the icon for your attached file.

I have re-attached again.  Can you see them? If not, I can give you the download link of the original pdf document.  Thanks in advance!

Can't see them. Perhaps they are the wrong format.  Are they converted to JPG or PNG?

They are in png format.  Anyway, you can download the original document http://www.statistics.gov.hk/pub/B10200012017MM04B0100.pdf.  The statistics data that I want to extract is from page 19 to 323.  There is a fixed header in every page but the table instances go from top to bottom, then left to right and continue across pages.  I attached 2 sample pages in pdf format for your reference.

    Thanks arhyneRWU in advance!

OK, I think I understand your issue.  You likely will need extract this with a repeating group with individual fields and not a repeating group of tables.  There are much smarter people on this form than me, but I can look for a solution tomorrow when I get to my system if no one else answers your question.
