I would like to save the pdf document to different folder at the document library at the sharepoint. How can I set the export to sharepoint folder based the index field value?

Hello,
If you need to export only pdf file you may see the “Processing PDF files” article in the Developer Help (you need to use the IExportImageSavingOptions property).
If you want to export to SharePoint the information, which was extracted from documents, and you are having troubles in setting it up by standard means, you should contact your regional support because the customization of the SharePoint export is out of scope of this forum due to its complexity.
