I'm not sure what to do. The indexes are rebuilt every night, and the transaction and event logs are cleaned regularly.
The project is rather large, with hundreds of batch types and document definitions.

Sorry again, but if you performed all needed actions related with rebuilding indexes and clearing, and the problem still persists, the case needs deeper investigation that the forum allows. Please contact regional support and send them the project and the issue description.
