KnowledgeBase URL error Answered

Hi,
I just noticed that I'm getting "Failed to map default URL" on many of my KB queries.
This is the only channel I know to report this.
Two examples attached.

Question:
What is correct way to report this kind of error in the future?

    I am seeing the same issue. It seems to be intermittent.

    Please try to open the links by

    1)    another browser

    2)    Through another device (for example, by mobile phone or notebook)

     

    Does the problem persist?

    Hi,
    I tried Firefox, Chrome and Safari before I posted.
    All were failing Thursday.

    As bmercer pointed out, it appeared intermittent.

    We seem "good to go" on Friday morning (Los Angeles time).
