Recognition duration time under the Flexi Capture 9.0

I suppose, it doesn't work for the Flexi Capture 9.0 users. How to achieve the first, recognition stage duration time under an old version of the Flexi Capture, i.e. under the ninth version (inside the supervisor console)?
