Getting error unable to match flexilayout

Can someone help me understand this situation?

I created two flexilayouts in FLS, and they match corresponding invoices just fine when I test them in FC separately. But when I put them in on project in FC I receive the strange error with one of flexilayouts (please see below logs)

  • Document 2: Page 1: The header element of the FlexiLayout '2222' has been matched with '1' quality.
  • Document 2: Page 1: FlexiLayouts that can be used for matching :
  • Document 2: Page 1: '2222'
  • Document 2: Page 1: Matching FlexiLayout '2222'... 
  • Document 2: Page 1: Unable to match the FlexiLayout '2222.' ...

    Thank you a lot for your answer.

    But the document (which wasn't recognized in FC) is matched in the FLS correctly and fails only in the FlexiCapture itself. 

    And I have already checked my pre-recognition settings, in particular BW conversion is now ON in FC too.

    What other pre-recognition setting I should check?

    Please send your FC/FLS projects and source image file to your regional support, because this problem is out of scope of this forum.
