Flexycapture does not work on iis 8

I get error :

<Error><Message>Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {C0003004-0000-48FF-9197-57B7554849BA} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)).</Message></Error>

But i registered class, why can i get this error? Can you help me please?

    Could you please clarify what product do you use?

    (Please note that SDK products go out of scope of this forum)
