how to set a " default selected item" in a droplist (checkmark group) Answered

Hello everyone :D

 i´ve been trying to look for a solution for this..hope someone could give me some lights:

 

I have a droplist wich lists me  some options for the user to choose:

-CC

-TI

-CE

-RC

 How can i set  CC as the default value?

i mean. when in verification stage. the droplist appear with the message " no item selected" (of course i haven´t selected any item lol, but i need "CC"  to be set as the default option.)

any ideas?

    Hello,

    Please take a look on the ICheckmarkGroupValue/ICheckmarkValue objects. You may use them in the Rule scripts to check if any checkmark in the group was selected and, if there are no selected checkmarks, to impose the "CC" to be selected by the script.
