Hi,
I want to move a database based file storage to a file system one. Current configuration was setup at the beginning and now I want to move files stored in the database.
I tried connecting to an existing database and then providing the path to the new file storage. This seems to work, however, this leads to not be able to open the project fro Project Setup Station.
I found an article (How to enable a File Storage if it has not been created at the complex setup?) that applies to FC10. Can be applied to FC12 as well? If so, what is the next step to migrate the database files?

Thanks for the information. All the steps mentioned explain how to effectively change the path where the files are going to be stored. In addition, is there any procedure to move files from the database to the file system? Or does the change itself move the files?

Hello,
Extraction from database to file storage is not supported. If you need to store your data in the File Storage, please create it from the beginning.
