Capturing tables with a header that has different variations

Hi there, I'm new to the forum and please excuse this if it's asking a question quite simplistic or out of place.

I have a large number of documents that I would like to create a Flexicapture template for.  The issue is that the tables I would like to capture have different header names, different table dimensions, and different page numbers in the .pdf's.  I need a template that would parse the text of the table headers, then recognize that certain table headers were present, then extract that table into a standardized template.  An example of the tables/headers is attached.

In the example, the field that is most similar is some variation of "Sample ID".  There are many variations of this:  SampleID, Sample_#, sample_ID, SAMPLEID.  If some header is present in a table that has the word "Sample" I would like to extract this data into .csv files.  All other tables in the pdf I would like to discard.

Does this seem possible?  Many thanks!

    Hello,

I am also new but i have work on tables of document. You can try my solution if it doesn't work then hope experts will answer you.

You should add Table block in block section. in table block define all the headers that you want to capture from document in column tab >> right click on block>> add table block >> click on column Tab >> click on add button >> in name field put your table header name(eg.- sample Number/Sample date) >>and in dropdown menu select type of field that you want to capture.

then in SearchElement >> add table Element >> in tableElement click on columns tab>> there select your defined block >> Below you will see your defined header name

This is how i did. You can try this
