FlexiCapture recognizes fields in Run test and not in batch

Hi, I have a  problem with the recognition of a field in FlexiCapture. When I run test from Document definition, the field is recognized  correctly.

When I analyze the document from batch (before recognition), the field is not detected. After recognition, the field is not recognized. 

I've already checked the Image PreProcessing properties. How to solve this problem?

    Hello,

    Could you please clarify whether images in the Document Definition and in the Batch are the same? 

    If “yes”, please send us the sample images and the project for reproducing.
