Error communicating with ABBYY Product Licensing Service on 15.244.14.***: Answered

While launching project setup station from the client machine getting the below error message.

"Error communicating with ABBYY Product Licensing Service on 'server ip' The RPC server is unavailable."

While installing the workstation in the client , I given server IP as protection server.

The server using is cloud / Azure.

Could you please help on this issue.

    Hello Sreeju, please could you share how did you solve your issue? I'm needing to achieve following scenarios:

    1: I have protection server (USB) in a physical server in my office and need to use Azure server as processing station. 

    2: I have protection server (software license) on Azure and need to launch FlexiCapture verification station in my office (not is possible to use web stations for this case)
