How to use LDAP web API to authenticate in FC12 instead of the Active Dictionary?

Hi all,

We want to setup a single sign on environment in FC12, but our customer can't provide AD(Active Dictionary) for us to import user accounts in admin console. They only can provide their LDAP for us, how can we integrate with FC12 authentication?

    Hello, Please make sure that the active directory path was specified correctly. If the error still persists please address your issue to the regional support.
