Custom Registration Parameters are not populating with getDocuments API

Hi,
We are using FC-12, I have configured BatchType with custom registration parameters for a document definition.
I am facing an issue while invoking GetDocuments API, receiving wrong Name & Value instead of actual registration parameters. What is the cause behind it, please help me. Thank you in advance.

The below parameters I am receiving,

<Name>fc_predefined:LastRecognizeDurationPage1</Name>

<Value>3200</Value>

 

Actual parameters are:

<Name>Enter CITY Name</Name>

<Value>NJ</Value>

    Hello,

    You should contact your regional support. Please send them the project, sample images and scenario description. This issue needs deeper investigation than forum format allows.
