I upgraded a Flexi-Layout project from FlexiCapture 10.0 to 12.0, but i am getting an issue that it producing a weak hypothesis and most of the samples are not matching with the Layout.
Please help me how can i resolve this issue...

Hello,
This issue needs deeper investigation than forum format allows. Please address the issue to the regional support, send them the project, samples and scenario descriptions.
