Missing DLL when importing documents from hot folder

After creating an image import profile I try to automatically import pdf documents from a hot folder. This is always failing and i get this error DLL c:\program files\abbyy flexicapture 12\OfficeConverter.dll could not be loaded. The module was not found.

This error also permits the creating of a document definition, since loading a document also fails.

Indeed, this dll does not exist in the specified directory. How can I fix it?

I've encountered the same issue, unfortunately I haven't yet been able to find any solution.
