I need to read invoices from an email account for an unattended process.
I need each PDF in the email to be treated as a document and if blank pages exist in the PDF to separate those into individual documents.
How can I do this?

Hello,
You may customize the image pre-processing settings. To create a document you may choose how do you want to assemble your documents: by the "images separated by blank pages" or by the “automatically when DD is applied” options.
If you cannot implement these options please clarify your workflow in more details.
