Hello,
Our security department had to make the following changes due to security standards:
1) File Services RPC over SMB - SMBv1 has been disabled
2) Secure channel, encryption protocols - SSLv2, PCT 1.0, SSL3.0 and TLS 1.0 have been disabled
3) Secure channel, encryption algorithms - DES-CBC3-SHA, RC4-SHA, RC4-MD5 have been disabled
After these changes, our application Flexicapture 11 build 11.05.2451 can not start. The following messages are generated:
Description SOAP Server Application Faulted. [DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen (SECDoClientHandshake()).]SSL Security error. Source System.Web.Services Stack trace at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.ReadResponse(SoapClientMessage message, WebResponse response, Stream responseStream, Boolean asyncCall) at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.Invoke(String methodName, Object[] parameters) at FlexiCaptureWebServices.FlexiCaptureWebServices.GetLicenseParameters() at LicenseInfo.RefreshData() at LicenseInfo.Page_Init() at System.Web.Util.CalliEventHandlerDelegateProxy.Callback(Object sender, EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Control.OnInit(EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.UserControl.OnInit(EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint)
The ABBYY services are running, but I cannot start the Process server for example.
Thanks for any advice that will help run the app.
Regards
Jan

Hello,
Please try to open http://localhost on the machine where the application server is installed. Will the default IIS page be displayed?
