I am having trouble with some documents when importing. I have two document definitions, fixed and semi. When I import the fixed invoice documents, it works fine and it recognizes using the fixed document definition. But when I import the next set of documents, it tries to read them using the fixed document definition and not the semi one it was designed for. Any ideas?
Are you using custom batch type? In the batch type menu under Project do you see your documentation definition on the Recognition tab? What's the processing order?
No I am using default batch type and document definition on recognition tab has ALL selected. I right clicked on the batch and selected match document definition but it doesn't capture properly. But if I click on document definitions and edit, it captures all fields.
