how could i RECOGNITION images based on anchor mark and timing mark in flexilayout studio .
NOTE: I HAVE ATTACHED ONE JPG IMAGE

Hello,
We cannot guarantee that you will be able to build a well-functioning FlexiLayout based on the image you've sent to us (black rectangles below are not recognized as any elements by FLS).
If you have many similar images with the same anchor elements, it would be better to use FlexiCapture fixed sections, not flexible.

that is fixed anchor elements and fixed timing mark elements for every images. which image i already send. That is OMR sheet, ABBYY FlexiCapture can read that type of OMR sheet?

Yes, you may recognize OMR documents, but you should filter out the red color prior to recognition. For more details look at this article: Appendix > Creating a Machine-Readable Form > Types of machine-readable forms > Dropout forms
