Document not recognized in Verification station Answered

Hi,

When I recognize a document with a flexilayout the document is matched exactly, and also classified correctly when recognized in the classifier layout but when the same document is put in the hot folder and tried to process there is an error

"When uploading your project to the application server, you must specify a relative or a UNC path to the destination folder".

And the document is not recognized shows unknown.

Please suggest why this problem is occuring.

Thank You!

Are you configuring the “export configuration” (in “document type” settings) using UNC routes? (\\hostname\shared_directory)

Please keep in an eye in any warning you might get in the system whilst saving or publishing the doc definition.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi David,

I am not using any UNC routes.Thru export script the documents are being exported.

Only for few files this error is shown and when recognized again that error is not shown but it shows unknown layout.

    Hi all,

For the above mentioned problem, I got a solution that is when I change the page resolution the document is recognized in the verification station also.

The documents that are being used by us are different sizes and fonts. Can any one know how to set the automatic settings of the resolution so that all the documents get recognized instead of changing the settings manually and recognizing the documents.

    Thanks !

    Hello,

If the resolution is not available in the source images, then FlexiCapture will not be able to set it, so you may pre-process the images to set the resolution by the third-side program before you upload them in the FlexiCapture.
