Hello Everyone,
I am currently having an issue with Flexi-capture 11. I have multiple read-only fields (Expected Qty, Account Code, Load Number and Job Number) which return a value from our database, based on a single field (Consignment Reference). As shown in attached file. Areas of document have been blacked out for customer confidentiality.
The problem is that the Consignment Reference is returning multiple Load Numbers. I am selecting the correct load number but the other fields will then not populate. previously in Abbyy standalone Flexi-Capture if they were multiple results returned, you could select the correct one and it would auto populate the other fields. So how do i get the other fields to populate in the 11.0 Distributed version?
Any help would be great.

Hello,
Could you please send us the project and the database? If for security reasons you cannot send us the original version, please send us the mock-ups that will be able to demonstrate the problem.
Are you doing a database lookup via rules? If so, do you have all the fields added into the rule? Can you show a screen shot of your rules settings?
