  The value of email ID will be imported online (may be web station) or somewhere from other sources and not stored in a field.

   For eg. If i received invoices from partulcar email ID 123@xyz.com, 456@pqr.com . How to do it.?

  And if stored in a field , how to export int that case also let me know.

  Yes, email IDs will be configured Through hot folder and need to export xls file with sender name so that will come to know that files are from particular email ID. For eg. 123@xyz.com will have 123invoices.com, 456@pqr.com will have 456invoices.xls like that.. Solutions will be appreciated. Thanks,

  Hot folder gives the path of the hard drive or something like it and that too within a column of excel file, but email IDs are configured through MAPI or POP3, and need to be renamed the export file with email sender and not a column within a excel file. Like 123@xyz.xom then file will be 123invoices.com. It should not create a field for every document and should not export with a separate column within a excel, rather to be renamed complete export file with sender name.
