Trigger rule script after delete a row of data

If i delete the data in a table, I can do whatever checking of missing/incorrect data by the script and pop error to user.

However,what if I delete the entire row from a table ?

 

All my script checking are not working if I delete one of the row.

One of my desire checking is to check if someone delete one of the row.

 

How can my goal be achieve in Abbyy?
